We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Embryologist to join our lab team at our Thousand Oaks, CA location. Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in reproductive physiology with a focus in embryology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily embryology procedures, including preparation of media and lab equipment, egg retrieval, sperm preparation, IVF/ICSI procedures, embryo grading, and gamete and embryo freezing and thawing.
- Monitor and document embryo development, maintaining aseptic technique and strict adherence to lab protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate patient and laboratory data in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and lab logs for clinical and regulatory purposes.
- Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and inventory, and participate in specimen ship-in and ship-out procedures.
