About The Position

Reproductive Partners Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Junior Embryologist for its Beverly Hills/Los Angeles location. The role performs IVF laboratory procedures to support consistent pregnancy rates and exceptional patient care. The Junior Embryologist works as part of a dedicated team under the Laboratory Director and participates in rotating weekend and holiday coverage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or another related field.
At least 2–3 years of previous work experience in an IVF laboratory; embryology experience of 2 years is listed as required.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Computer skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily laboratory quality control.
Identify, assess, and culture oocytes.
Perform in vitro fertilization.
Culture and assess embryos.
Select and prepare embryos for transfer.
Vitrify, store, and warm embryos and oocytes.
Document patient care services in patient and department records.
Follow infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance, following manufacturer instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, arranging repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating supply needs, and placing and expediting orders.
Perform other related duties as needed.
