About The Position

Pharmacy Innovations is hiring a Junior Developer to help build and maintain the internal web apps and tools that power our 11 pharmacy locations. You’ll ship real features that our pharmacists, technicians, and back-office staff use every day.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on development experience (school, bootcamp, internships, or first job all count)
Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or similar). You should be comfortable prompting AI to draft code, then reading, correcting, and owning the result. We are not looking for someone who ships unreviewed AI output.
Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and one backend language (Python, C#, or Node)
Experience using Git and GitHub (branches, pull requests, resolving merge conflicts)
Eager to learn — pharmacy and healthcare compliance are teachable

Nice To Haves

React, Azure (SWA, Functions, Cosmos DB)
Microsoft 365 development (Graph API, MSAL, SharePoint)
SQL or NoSQL experience

Responsibilities

Build and maintain internal web apps (React, Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Functions)
Integrate our apps with Microsoft 365 (Graph API, SharePoint, Entra ID sign-in)
Write Python scripts and automations that connect our pharmacy systems
Wire up data feeds between internal systems (Pixie, NetSuite, PK Software, and others)
Contribute to .NET / C# projects as we bring more of our software in-house
Use AI coding tools to move faster — and review every line before it ships
Support and improve tools already live across our pharmacies
