Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience in application development, IT processes, or enterprise system support.
  • Hands-on exposure to programming languages such as Java, Oracle/PLSQL, .NET, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem solver with analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate well with multi-functional teams and build strong working relationships with collaborators.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and motivated to learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain enterprise-level applications, including Openlink Endur/Findur and other MRM systems, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Investigate system issues and bugs, recommend solutions, and implement fixes to restore functionality.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement enhancements following established coding standards and project guidelines.
  • Create and execute unit testing scripts to ensure quality and reliability of delivered solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver integrated solutions and system improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying system or process gaps and supporting modernization initiatives.
