About The Position

The PMG Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) is a hands-on leadership development program for recent graduates of bachelor’s or master’s programs who are interested in the future of advertising, working on cutting-edge campaigns and driving impact for leading brands such as Nike, PayPal, and Best Western. This full-time program will hone your skills in design, storytelling, and innovative content creation. We’re looking for team players, passionate leaders, and curious individuals who ask questions, solve problems, and who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work. The creative track provides career opportunities focused on shaping what the future of the industry looks like, working in concert with strategy, media, data and technology to build brands through 'Inspired Creative that Works.' Your training and curriculum will cover a series of topics including brand building, the intersection of technology and creative, creative strategy, production, and building media-right creative.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Area of study: graphic design, communication design, or related field
  • Relevant professional work and/or internship experience, preferably in advertising or graphic design, with a creative portfolio inclusive of brand work and/or advertising ideas and executions across multiple media channels
  • Expertise in color theory, brand identity, typography, user behavior, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote and related design software

Responsibilities

  • Translating strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions
  • Developing design systems for campaign concepts and creative executions
  • Supporting the design process and assisting in the development and execution of various creative design projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including writers, developers, and other designers to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to the development of content strategies and advertising campaigns
  • Building and iterating design concepts through final finish and production
  • Translating creative briefs to ensure creative fit based on business objectives
