Requirements

  • Up to two years of professional or internship design experience, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates range across digital, motion, and presentation design.
  • Highly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing and motion graphics production, with the ability to take projects from brief to delivery.
  • Comfortable with high-volume presentation design in PowerPoint and approach deck work with professionalism and attention to brand detail.
  • Working knowledge of Canva and adept at template-based design workflows.
  • Understanding of how visual content performs across social platforms and ability to adapt designs for the specific formats and dimensions of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others.
  • Solid grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, and apply them consistently.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborative and communicative, and comfortable working with account teams, clients, and fellow designers across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a high volume of PowerPoint and presentation decks for client and internal use; apply consistent branding and elevate visual quality across all slide formats.
  • Create social media assets for client accounts, including static posts, animated graphics, and short-form video content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Produce and edit video content for client campaigns, including assembling footage, adding motion graphics, and delivering finished assets to specification.
  • Develop animations and motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro to support client social and content programs.
  • Design and maintain internal communications materials, including agency templates, credentials decks, proposal documents, and other branded collateral.
  • Create long-form layouts for white papers and reports for both Infinite and our clients, including strong data visualization work.
  • Collaborate closely with account teams and writers to translate communications campaigns and messaging into compelling visual formats.
  • Receive and interpret creative briefs; manage revisions efficiently and communicate proactively about timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries and file structures to support a global team working across US and UK time zones.
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement of professional skills, including staying current with design trends, tools, and platform best practices.
