About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Designer to join our team. The Junior Designer will work closely with our design team to create engaging and visually appealing content for our online training courses. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an e-learning or healthcare setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Passion for learning and staying up-to-date on design trends and techniques

Nice To Haves

• Experience with animation and video editing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for our online training courses, including graphics, illustrations, and animations
• Assist in the development of new course materials and updates to existing courses
• Ensure all design work is in line with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas and solutions
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
