About The Position

We’re looking for a passionate, curious Junior Designer to join our team and help bring engaging ideas to life across print, spatial and digital. Requirements

• A strong eye for visual communication, graphic design, layout and typography.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and an interest in digital/print production standards.
• Staying up-to-date with design trends, fresh ideas and new ways of working.
• Positive, proactive and eager to learn—with good attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, asking questions and collaborating openly across teams.
• Portfolio or work samples showing your thinking and execution matter most to us with the Junior Designer role—show us what you love to make!

Responsibilities

• Create engaging design work across print, spatial and digital channels.
• Work closely with strategy, creative and production teams to turn briefs into beautiful, high-quality work.
• Pitch in with fresh ideas, research current trends and help shape creative directions.
• Apply brand guidelines, craft sharp layouts and typography, and prepare artwork to print and digital standards.
• Continually build your technical skills, test new creative tools and push your creative limits.
