About The Position

The Medpace Analytics Business Intelligence team is quickly growing and needs support establishing and maintaining processes for strong governance of BI reports, Automated workflows, micro apps, and AI solutions. As a Junior Business Systems Analyst, you will work with business partners and developers to define the process to create, review, and release data solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or related field
0-3 years experience as a business system analyst or developing BI reports
Strong process mindset
Attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving capability
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Serve as a bridge between the business and developers.
Apply experience in process control, problem solving, communication, and attention to detail towards streamlining the governance process.
Ensure the quality of our products while maintaining the speed of delivery.
Identify key steps, strategies, and effort to achieve outcomes.
Follow a process exactly and notice outliers in the data/process.
Break problems down into smaller pieces and isolate the root cause.
Tailor communication style to the audience and give appropriate updates on project status.
Translate business needs into concise requirement documents.
