About the Role We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Central Consultant to join our growing ERP consulting team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants to help organizations improve their business processes through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will gain hands-on experience with ERP implementations, client workshops, business process analysis, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support while building a foundation for a successful consulting career. Location: Tampa (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Target Start Date: September 2026
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, with an understanding of business processes such as finance, operations, purchasing, inventory, or project accounting
- Strong interest in ERP systems, business applications, and process improvement
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to work directly with clients and team members
- Eager to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 and grow in a consulting environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
Nice To Haves
- Internship, co-op, or academic project involving accounting, finance, supply chain, operations, business systems, or ERP software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Acumatica, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, formulas, pivot tables, or data reconciliation
- Exposure to accounting, purchasing, inventory management, or operational business processes
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of Business Central solutions according to client needs
- Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business processes, requirements, and operational challenges
- Participate in system testing, data migration, end-user training, and validation of business process workflows
- Analyze and troubleshoot business process and system issues, helping clients identify effective solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth system integration
- Help create functional documentation and user guides
- Continuously develop knowledge of ERP systems, accounting concepts, and business processes such as finance, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and operations, and learn how they are supported within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
