The financial services industry faces persistent attacks from sophisticated cyber adversaries, ranging from nation-states to organized criminal groups. In response, the Raymond James Cyber Threat Center (CTC) serves as the firm’s central hub for cyber defense, operating on the front lines of security incident response, threat hunting, cybercrime investigations, and threat intelligence. This highly visible position combines cybersecurity operations with outreach and advocacy. You will help communicate the CTC’s mission, capabilities, and value across the firm while supporting internal tours, community engagement, local schools, and presentations for prospective associates and partners considering joining Raymond James. By making complex cybersecurity topics accessible and engaging, you will help strengthen awareness of the CTC and showcase how it protects the firm and its clients. The successful candidate will also possess the technical foundation needed to support junior-level cyber threat and cybercrime investigations. Working alongside experienced analysts, you will review security events, gather and analyze evidence, research emerging threats, document findings, and assist with incident response activities. You will work with emerging technologies in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment while contributing to new detective measures and helping shape the future direction of the Cyber Threat Center.
