Requirements
- Degree in Economics or a related field (Bachelor’s or higher)
- Good command of English
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Previous experience in credit, finance, or related areas is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Verifying clients’ credit applications (small and medium-sized enterprises) in line with company policies
- Analyzing client documentation, including financial statements, reports, credit bureau data, bank references, and publicly available information
- Calculating credit risk exposure
- Cooperating with clients, banks, and business partners
- Collaborating with internal teams to prevent financial fraud
- Supporting daily monitoring and verification of client transactions with financial institutions
- Analyzing the quality of the loan portfolio and assisting in corrective actions
