About The Position

The objective of the Liberty Bank Professional Development Program is to assist participants in transitioning from academic life to a fulfilling career at Liberty Bank. The program introduces concepts like credit underwriting, finance and accounting skills, and provides valuable experience translating business needs into sound credit decisions.

Requirements

BA/BS degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 strongly preferred
Business-related majors are preferred
Ability to work well independently and with others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-focused with a focus on delivering quality results
Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Solid written and verbal communication skills

Foundational knowledge about the financial services industry and the various commercial banking lending products
Insight into the regulatory environment in which we operate and how to apply these regulations to our operating procedures.
