About The Position

Alliance North America (ANA) is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to join their Marketing team in an onsite position in Henderson, NV. ANA, a recognized industry leader and sole North American supplier of AIRMAN Power Generators, AIRMAN Air Compressors, and ANA’s patented EBOSS® Hybrid Energy System and Smart load bank system, was named a 2025 Top Workplace in the Manufacturing Industry. The Junior Creative Designer will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of visual design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with the creative team to bring innovative ideas to life and ensuring design elements align with project goals and brand standards. The primary focus will be on creating visually compelling graphics and layouts, improving existing design assets, and contributing to the development of creative solutions that enhance ANA's brand presence and support marketing initiatives. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to develop their design skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role reports to the Visual Design Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a design role, including internships or freelance work, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating visually engaging designs for a variety of projects, including templates, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure that all design work adheres to the company's brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions and updates, demonstrating a willingness to iterate and refine designs based on constructive input.
  • Provide support in the design process, including preparing files for print, resizing assets for different formats, and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects.
  • Work closely with other team members, including marketers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Review and proofread design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before final delivery.
