US Junior Creative Strategist

HuelBrooklyn, NY
Hybrid

About The Position

Paid Social is Huel's number one acquisition channel, and the US market is a key part of Huel’s global growth story. This role is for someone at the start of their creative strategy journey who already understands great social media creative, writes inspiring briefs, and is eager to grow in a high-performance team. The Junior Creative Strategist will execute the US creative strategy, develop concepts, hooks, and angles, and build the weekly testing roadmap. They will work across the brief-to-analysis cycle to drive new customer acquisition on paid social. This includes creating content like scripting and filming UGC-style ads, building social assets in Canva, or editing raw footage, and being comfortable on camera. The role also involves owning creator outreach end-to-end in the UK and US, acting as the main point of contact for performance content creators. Collaboration with US agency partners is key, bringing fresh concepts, identifying winning strategies, and supporting brief development. The strategist will translate the US creative strategy into clear briefs for the in-house team, acting as the bridge between global creative and local execution. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing creative performance across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube (CPA, CTR, CVR, CPMs) to iterate and test, and staying informed about US consumer trends, competitive creative, and platform changes to share insights and take action.
