Balsam Brands is looking for a proactive, resourceful, and innovative project coordinator to join our Creative Operations Team. This role will be responsible for coordinating incoming creative requests in a fast-paced environment and will work on integrated campaigns and other digital projects as well as on print and growth team projects (catalog, postcards, packaging, etc.). You will partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to set expectations, milestones, dependencies, timelines, project scope, and project objectives to ensure the team has what they need to produce exceptional creative work in a timely manner. You will collaborate across creative functions to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality brand standards. The Junior Creative Project Coordinator will support operational efficiencies and opportunities to scale the creative process using project management tools, workflows, resource management and effective communication. This full-time position reports to the Creative Operations Lead and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in-office.
