About The Position

Description / Responsibilities: · Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to understand project requirements and concepts · Facilitate the workflow and daily tasks of Creative Assistant · Use design skillset on Adobe Suite and Canva to create visual aspects of marketing materials and other media · Creation of custom logos, brand guidelines, and marketing materials specific to new developments · Oversee all current website’s maintenance and design, while developing new sites as needed ensuring consistency across platforms and adequate depiction of Engage Management and its history · Assist in the creation of all deliverables including but not limited to: Digital assets for social media, email marketing, and online ads Brochures and property flyers Business cards Event materials Development maps Promotional materials All companies and property collateral Signage for properties Potential Resident Packet and New Resident Welcome Packet Presentation decks for company meetings, newsletters, investor updates and finance proposals · Backup for Director of Marketing · Complete all training as required · Required meetings: weekly Marketing Team meeting, State of Engage annual meeting · Must have experience in the following: At least 3-5 years of previous design experience required Adobe Creative Suite Canva Microsoft Suite Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills!
