About The Position

The Jr. Copywriter is a vital position on the Global Creative Marketing team, responsible for supporting the development of compelling, brand-right copy across a variety of consumer touchpoints. Reporting to the Sr. Copywriter, this role will assist in crafting messaging for campaigns, product launches, digital content, and retail experiences. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and attention to detail, eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the voice of a globally recognized brand while gaining hands-on experience in strategic and creative copywriting.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience and professional achievements.
  • Strong Writing and Editing Skills – Ability to craft clear, engaging, and grammatically sound copy that aligns with brand voice and tone.
  • Creative Thinking – A passion for storytelling and the ability to generate fresh, original ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Attention to Detail – Precision in grammar, spelling, and punctuation, as well as consistency in tone and messaging across platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication – Comfort working in a team environment and communicating effectively with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
  • Adaptability – Ability to shift between different types of writing (e.g., campaign headlines, product descriptions, social captions) and respond to feedback constructively.
  • Time Management – Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and Cultural Awareness – A keen interest in trends, pop culture, and consumer behavior to help inform relevant and resonant messaging.
  • Basic Understanding of Marketing and Branding – Familiarity with how copy supports broader marketing goals and contributes to a cohesive brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for a variety of marketing channels including digital, social, retail, and print.
  • Work closely with designers, art directors, and other creatives to ensure copy and visuals align seamlessly across campaigns.
  • Help develop messaging for global product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Ensure all copy adheres to the brand’s tone, voice, and messaging guidelines across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Partner with product and merch teams to help create a cross-functional workflow that keeps copy accurate and up-to-date.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to team brainstorms and concept development sessions.
  • Review and refine copy for clarity, grammar, and consistency, supporting quality control across deliverables.
  • Keep up with industry trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity to inform relevant and resonant copywriting.
