About The Position

We are looking for a Junior Content Creator to join our creative team. This role is for someone early in their career who already has a creative foundation and wants to get better by making a lot of different things. The position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including polished campaign shoots, influencer content editing, product photography, event coverage, and bringing national paid social campaigns to life. It's a chance to build experience across both production and social content.

Requirements

• Comfortable with a camera.
• Proficient in editing software.
• Understanding of what makes great social content.
• Eye for composition, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail in edits.
• Curiosity and a desire to understand how things are made.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro (editing, organizing footage, audio, delivery).
• Comfortable with After Effects for simple animation, motion graphics, and polished social content.
• Familiarity with Photoshop for photo editing and image workflows.
• Experience shooting video and stills.
• Strong editing instincts.
• Basic lighting and audio knowledge.
• Understanding of what works on social media and keeps people watching.
• Comfortable taking feedback.
• Ability to communicate with a team.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shooting polished campaigns with professional talent.
• Edit influencer content.
• Photograph products.
• Cover high-profile events.
• Help bring national paid social campaigns to life.
• Create brand and campaign content, from quick-turn social assets to larger photo and video productions.
• Produce product photo and video, including consumer and professional products, demos, tutorials, and educational content.
• Work on live-action production with models, talent, and creators in studio and on location.
• Create social-first content such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts, cutdowns, and platform-specific creative.
• Edit and adapt creator footage into polished, brand-ready assets.
• Capture photo and video during event coverage in fast-moving, real-world environments.
• Create simple motion graphics, typography, compositing, and animation in After Effects.
• Shoot, edit, experiment, and learn.
