About The Position

Nelson Mullins law firm is looking to add a Junior Commercial Litigation Associate to its National Arbitration Litigation & Employment Team. This position is open to the Boston, Atlanta, Charlotte, D.C., and New York office locations. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries. This is not an entry-level position.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience gained at a mid-size to large law firm setting.
• Adept in case management and ready to take the lead.
• Admitted to and in good standing to the Bar in: MA, NC, NY, DC, and/or GA.
• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials

Nice To Haves

• Prior service as a federal law clerk is a plus.
• Experience in the area of class action defense, financial services, and/or government/internal investigations is a plus but not a requirement.
