About The Position

Altium Wealth is looking for a strategic professional to join their growing Client Service team. The Client Service team directly impacts the client experience and is important to the success of the organization. This position requires the associate to be in the office Monday-Friday.   • 1+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • 1+ years of experience maintaining client relationships and providing service in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Word (Excel a plus).
  • Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between clients and advisors, delivering quality service both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate and prepare for client meetings, including post-meeting documentation and follow-up.
  • Schedule meetings, including confirmation emails.
  • Use group applications (Outlook, Salesforce, Schwab, TD, Fidelity) to obtain account information and complete/coordinate all aspects of client service and account maintenance requests.
  • Field client requests and complete tasks, following through to ensure client needs are met while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Manage client data within CRM (Salesforce) and monitor for accuracy.
  • Process and track insurance maintenance requests for client policies.
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned.
