Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 0–1 year in a high-volume call center or customer service role
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic office software
  • Bilingual English/Spanish. If you can confidently speak, listen, and build trust in both languages, we want you!
  • Exceptional phone presence with clear speaking, great listening, and the ability to explain things simply and kindly.
  • Natural at building quick rapport, staying cool under pressure, and showing real empathy.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Positive, client-first attitude with a drive to get results.
  • Solid computer skills (Google Suite, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to multitask like a champ while keeping things accurate and confidential.

  • Some college in business, communications, or related fields? That’s a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Jump on a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to collect essential tax docs from our awesome existing clients.
  • Switch seamlessly between English and Spanish, helping our Spanish-speaking clients feel comfortable, understood, and well taken care of.
  • Chat with clients in a warm, professional, and super-friendly way to make them smile even when talking taxes!
  • Upload and organize tax & financial documents like a pro so our internal teams have everything they need.
  • Educate clients on why these documents matter, answer their questions with patience, and turn “I don’t have it yet” into “Here you go!”
  • Crush weekly and monthly document collection goals, and celebrate when you smash them!
  • Keep accurate notes in the CRM and stay on top of your call logs.
