About The Position

As a Junior Buyer at Advance Displays, you will support the purchasing and inventory management process that ensures our customers receive the right products at the right time. You will assist in managing vendor relationships, processing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting forecasting activities that help maintain optimal stock levels across our locations. Working closely with the Senior Buyer and operations teams, you will help analyze purchasing data, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability aligns with customer demand. You will also support new product setup, maintain accurate product data, and help identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and cost effectiveness. In this role, you will develop strong product knowledge and supply chain insight while contributing to the reliable, on-time delivery experience that Advance Displays customers expect.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of purchasing, inventory, supply chain, or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic business software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
• Experience working with vendors or supplier communications
• Background in distribution, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environments
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field
