Requirements

• Previous experience in route sales, inside sales, outbound call centers, or other sales environments is preferred.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong public speaking abilities.
• High resilience when handling objections.
• Relentless, goal-oriented drive.
• Highly organized and capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
• A valid Driver’s License.

• Previous experience utilizing CRM or marketing automation software (like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or Pardot).

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and qualify new leads for janitorial, specialty, and maintenance services.
• Execute strategic outbound campaigns and conduct cold calls to identify key decision-makers.
• Secure in-person sales appointments and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
• Assist in closing service contracts and specialty sales.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing clients.
• Represent The Budd Group at industry trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings.
• Qualify incoming leads from digital campaigns and conferences.
• Track personal performance metrics and maintain prospective client records in the database.
