About The Position

T-Rex Solutions LLC is a leading business combining innovative Next Generation IT (“NGIT”) capabilities and skills to provide industry-leading solutions to the federal government with a focus on cloud infrastructure and engineering, cybersecurity, and large systems integration. T-Rex is part of the winning team awarded a program supporting the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) by providing enterprise architecture, data, and engineering services to USTRANSCOM, US Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC), and US Army Surface Deployment Distribution Command (SDDC). The team will develop and deliver enterprise architecture products, capability prototypes, system plans, enterprise cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and data management services; as well as provide enterprise architecture tool operations support for service offerings across USTRANSCOM and its Transportation Component Commands. As the command transitions into commercial cloud services and future capabilities, T-Rex will support integration efforts to perform analysis across enterprise, systems of systems, and individual system levels as well as assist the Government in developing enterprise strategies, technical standards, and services. All work will be performed at Scott Air Force Base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Cybersecurity/Information Systems or related field with 3 or more years of related experience with Cloud + Certification or similar
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Able to recognize the business process, organizational issues, and opportunities.
  • Able to make basic to moderate Business Process and Organizational improvement recommendations.
  • Able to participate in Business Process Mapping (BPM) sessions and document process flows in Visio or another relevant BPM tool.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations and presentations.
  • Able to lead simple to moderate complexity sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using a variety of methods and tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with visual modeling and design tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect (EA) or Cameo.
  • Experienced in communicating with and presenting to managers, senior managers, and director-level individuals.
  • Experience with cybersecurity analysis and assessments
  • Experience working with cloud providers and on-prem systems
  • Can speak with authority and confidence about a system or process areas and has worked cooperatively with management before to identify solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a cyber analysis team to design and develop solutions based on current Enterprise Architecture artifacts and models, and Business Process Models
  • Prepare reports or products based on architecture analysis of systems and processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and resolution of complex problems.
  • Effectively and efficiently use all applications in the Microsoft Office Suite to create and deliver documents to support the Enterprise Architecture team.
  • Lead change control and scope management efforts.
  • Successfully identify, address, manage and escalate risks and issues within a project.
