Junior Business Analyst
About The Position
This role involves supporting the creation of FS and AXO, participating in client meetings under supervision, and acting as a client expert. The position requires introductory knowledge of SAP SD and LE, assisting in the design of functional solutions, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. The Junior Business Analyst will also support the development team with system configuration, master data setup, and testing, and will be responsible for implementing designs from the Solution Architect during project implementation. Accuracy in configuration, master data, and manual functional actions is expected, along with testing through provided scenarios and answering customer queries. Close collaboration with the lead BA and Developer is essential for development completion and bug fixing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, IT, computer science preferred)
- SAP training preferred
Responsibilities
- FS creation
- AXO creation and testing
- Internal and client meetings (with mid/senior level BA supervision)
- Client expert
- Knowledgeable in SAP SD and LE (introductory)
- Assist on the design of a functional solution to a business requirements and/or problems
- Translate business requirement documents to a functional specifications
- Help development team on preparing the system configuration, master data setup and test data for testing of new features and bug fixes
- Responsible for applying instructed design from Solution Architect during SOW/Net New project implementation.
- Will be responsible for accuracy of the configuration, master data filling and any other manual functional action expected in customer system
- Responsible for testing through listed scenarios during project implementation
- Able to answer customer questions regarding the "how to" and questions around preparation for testing
- Will work close to the lead BA and Developer to achieve development completion through round of testing and defect/bug fix.
