About The Position

As a Junior Branch Manager at SIXT, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure daily responsibilities are met at performance standard levels. You will train and support the ongoing development of new hires, foster team building through goal setting and motivation, and work towards exceeding departmental objectives including conversion targets and lead generation. You will create a sense of ownership within the team, resolve employee issues, communicate the company's purpose, core values, and vision, and ensure employees adhere to their schedules. Additionally, you will document general reports on team member performance and targets, and perform other assigned job-related duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes
  • Good supervisory and strong communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and interact with others
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship
  • At least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Available for day, evening and weekend shifts
  • Limited travel within Canada and United States is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained at performance standard levels
