About The Position

As a Junior Branch Manager at SIXT, you will develop your team members while ensuring that we are providing a first-class customer service experience. As an essential part of the team, you will assist with increasing profitability as you train and develop with your staff. Use your customer service background and emerging leadership skills to grow your branch and your career. Look forward to outstanding development opportunities with a base salary of $55,000 plus an annual bonus incentive capped at $30,000.

Requirements

A minimum of 1–2 years of work experience in sales and customer service.
Strong knowledge of customer care techniques and processes.
Good supervisory and strong communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and interact with others.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
Authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship.
At least 21 years old.
Hold a valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Available for day, evening and weekend shifts.
Limited travel within Canada and United States is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to ensure that daily responsibilities and assigned tasks are complete and maintained at performance standard levels.
Train and support the ongoing development of new hires, assuring the necessary tools and information are in place to incubate success.
Exert strong team building skills through goal setting, motivation, and follow-up to reach those goals, while improving the team and facilitating communication among its members.
Exceed and meet departmental objectives, including conversion targets and lead generation, and strive continually for new ways to increase sales opportunities.
Create a sense of ownership within the team, resolve employee issues, communicate the company's purpose, core values, and vision, and ensure that employees follow their schedules as designed.
Document general reports on each team member's performance and targets, ensuring that they exceed expectations, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
