Junior Associate – NYC

Coral CareNew York, NY

About The Position

The Junior Associate will be an essential part of Coral Care's day-to-day operations, supporting our fast-growing team with everything from employee events and office management to partnership logistics and growth initiatives. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a mission-driven startup that's transforming pediatric therapy access across the country. As a Junior Associate at Coral Care, you'll keep our team running smoothly while directly supporting the business as we scale. You'll be the person who makes things happen — organizing team events, ensuring our office is a great place to work, and helping the growth team execute on key initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who loves variety, takes pride in getting the details right, and is excited to learn the inner workings of a high-growth startup from day one. Coral Care is transforming access to pediatric therapy by connecting families with trusted local clinicians who provide care in the home. We partner with speech, occupational, and physical therapists to deliver high-quality, in-person services while handling the administrative work that makes care possible — including credentialing, billing, payor contracting, and scheduling. Our mission is to make it easier for families to get the support their children need and to create a sustainable path for clinicians to do the work they love. As part of our team, you'll play a key role in building the systems and operations that power this mission as we expand rapidly across the country. This role is a great fit for a recent graduate who is organized, proactive, and excited to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment. Someone who thrives on keeping things organized and loves checking items off a list — while also thinking about how to make processes better. A natural communicator who enjoys coordinating with people across teams and external partners. Eager to learn and grow quickly, taking on new responsibilities as the company scales. Someone who takes ownership of their work and doesn't wait to be told what needs to get done.
