Junior Assembler - 1st Shift
About The Position
We are looking for a Junior Assembler to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As a Junior Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all products are assembled efficiently and effectively. Requirements

Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of experience in a mechanical assembly role.
- Experience working in a Lean manufacturing environment.
- Experience following 5S methodology.
- Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes and product quality.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine assembly procedures and implement best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Mentor and train junior assemblers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
