Junior Art Director
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Art Director with strong conceptual skills and deep hands-on execution experience across print production, direct mail, digital, web, and video. This role sits within our creative team and reports to the Creative Director, supporting the development and delivery of high-impact, performance-driven creative for clients across regulated industries including insurance, banking, financial services, and healthcare. The ideal candidate blends creative thinking with production discipline, understands how design supports outcomes, and can translate strategy, data, and messaging into clear, compelling visual solutions across channels. You will collaborate closely with copy, strategy, media, analytics, and production teams to ensure creative work is not only visually strong, but accurate, scalable, and executionally sound.
