About The Position

We are seeking a Junior Application Engineer to join our Customer Success team. This role is ideal for a technically inclined individual who enjoys building relationships and interacting with customers. You will be responsible for explaining technical concepts, answering questions, and resolving customer issues, and should be comfortable presenting to groups in various settings, such as dealer training sessions or engineering meetings. While we will provide training on gas detection technology, we are looking for an engineer with strong interpersonal skills. The initial focus will be on day-to-day tasks including project design, quoting, and technical support, which will provide a thorough understanding of the product line and customer needs. Advancement opportunities include specifying systems, creating drawings and submittals, participating in sales calls, and conducting dealer training. This position is on a customer-facing engineering track, not in product development. If your career aspirations are in R&D, this role may not be the right fit.
