The analyst will use quantitative and qualitative analysis, requiring comfort with numerical data and strong written communication skills to synthesize complex information. Responsibilities extend to contributing to special projects like proxy season reports, blog content, and client-directed research, as well as supporting updates to internal guidelines and training materials. The position also includes external engagement with public company boards and executives, providing exposure to key stakeholders in corporate governance. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring regular office attendance (3x per week) at their downtown Toronto office.
