About The Position

The Junior Analyst, Cadence Application provides secondary support contact for
the Cadence and Prelude Application. Participates in all phases of the system
development life cycle including development of use cases and evaluation of
software solutions. Coordinates the analysis, technical design, and all issue
triage necessary to implement and support assigned application. Works closely
with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams. The
Epic Senior Cadence and Prelude Analyst role is a full time role that will
require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be subject to
change to support the application during upgrades and on call.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field.
• Prior experience working on maintenance, build fixes to small size projects of 50 -- 100 hours
• Knowledge of areas that integrate with Cadence, including check-in, registration, benefits, referrals, PCP assignment, and orders.
• Knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and Information Technology management and staff.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand customer requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution
• Ability to work in a complex multi‑communication‑channel environment
• Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams
• Ability to develop, document and ensure adherence to technical standards
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast --paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service
• Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple players, including vendors, subject matter experts, interface engine developers, and end users, to design, configure, and test interfaces
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Cadence Epic Application
