About The Position

SRC Can is helping to shape the future landscape of Defence Intelligence that will support the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and its allies – redefining possible for the warfighter. SRC Can combines SRC Inc's 35+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) with a Canadian team of EW, Systems and Software Engineers to create intelligence products vital for the operational success of CAF platforms. As an All-Source Intelligence Analyst at SRC Can, you are a part of a multi-disciplinary team that undertakes detailed analysis of Radar and EW systems. You will provide technical engineering analysis on radar and electronic warfare systems. The role includes analyzing and modelling the characteristics and performance of radar systems for use in various EW applications.

Requirements

• Suitable tertiary background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.
• Understanding of Systems Engineering
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and work well as part of a technical team
• Ability to hold a security clearance; if you do not currently possess a clearance, we will sponsor you.
• Ability to access ITAR and Export Controlled information is required
• Ability for limited domestic and international travel

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Electronic Warfare advantageous
• Computer programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C++ or similar advantageous
• Experience delivering training or education in radar related areas is desirable

Responsibilities

• All-source analysis of Radar and EW systems
• Support Radar and EW related R&D activities
• Modelling and Simulation (M&S) of analyzed systems
• Supporting Radar Training content and delivery as required
