About The Position

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking an AI/ML Engineer - Python Developer to join its software development team. The role involves working on international projects and delivering machine learning and AI solutions for major international public organizations, with exposure to high-impact, large-scale work and opportunities for career growth.

The engineer will implement machine learning solutions and deployment strategies, develop generative AI components and pipelines, and contribute to AI governance, observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. The role also includes designing and documenting AI solutions and implementing Python applications and microservices.

Requirements

• A university degree in IT or a related field.
• Very good knowledge of Python, pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Good knowledge of FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.
• Hands-on experience using and integrating leading LLMs and SLMs.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Haystack.
• Familiarity with major machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and model formats such as ONNX.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing and implementing AI/NLP pipelines (AI Ops / NLP Ops).
• Familiarity with AWS SageMaker and/or the Azure Machine Learning platform.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with big data systems such as Spark (PySpark) and/or Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced machine learning solutions and model deployment strategies (MLOps).
• Build generative AI components and pipelines, including RAG architectures, orchestration layers, and evaluation frameworks.
• Contribute to AI governance, observability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Contribute to the design and documentation of AI solutions.
• Contribute to Python implementation tasks and implement microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Pydantic.
