About The Position

We are opening a Junior AI Developer position. This is a unique recruitment opportunity for ambitious talent to shape their careers with a focus on the future of development: AI. We are a software development company based in Wrocław with 15 years of experience creating products and delivering outstanding software solutions for diverse clients. Unlike product companies, we offer exposure to a wide range of projects and technologies. We aim to foster and develop new talent, similar to our past success with boot camps, by providing a platform to grow within the AI domain.

Requirements

An AI-First Mindset: Actively and thoughtfully integrate AI into your workflow, exploring how AI can help you learn faster, solve complex problems, and build better software.
First Experience with Coding: Show your pet projects, portfolio, or GitHub profile.
Familiarity with React or Vue.js on a basic level.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools like Cursor, Claude Code or Codex to write code.
Hands-on experience using prototyping tools like Vercel v0, Lovable, or Bolt.new to take an idea from concept to a working prototype.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Supabase
Familiarity with hosting platforms like Vercel
A deeper understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) work
Experience using the OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs
Familiarity with the Vercel AI SDK
Experience building simple automations with tools like n8n or Make
