About The Position
Natural Wireless, a fast-growing Internet service provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic and expanding company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 1–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internships considered)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records
- Process Accounts Payable invoices and prepare check runs and electronic payments
- Prepare weekly Accounts Receivable aging reports and monitor collection activities
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes
- Monitor and manage the Finance Department email inbox and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance
- Assist with revenue contract administration and customer account setup
- Assist with year-end corporate tax preparation
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement
