About The Position

GoMining is an international company building an ecosystem of Bitcoin-based products, including digital mining, payments, and financial services. The company operates data center infrastructure in the US. The Junior Accountant will join the finance team and work with US legal entities, banks, and hosting providers. The role supports accounting and financial operations for an assigned business perimeter, including payment processing, invoice and inventory accounting, reporting, month-end close, mining revenue reconciliation, and audit coordination.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Confident Excel skills.
• English at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate independently with US banks and counterparties.
• Documents that allow the candidate to pass authorization and obtain access to US corporate bank accounts, subject to the requirements of specific banks.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
• High level of independence and proactivity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with NetSuite.
• Accounting or finance operations experience in US companies.
• Experience working with US banks.
• Knowledge of Russian.
• Experience in the crypto or mining industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payments across a group of US companies.
• Interact with US banks through calls and correspondence, and resolve operational issues.
• Communicate with hosting providers in the US.
• Track and process incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Account for BTC mining output by individual data center.
• Account for materials, equipment, and inventory.
• Handle correspondence with counterparties and maintain financial documentation.
• Work with the international finance team.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the assigned business perimeter.
• Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes.
• Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue.
• Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors.
