Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions regarding products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Support routine account and customer follow-up activities
Assist with customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers as needed.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and account activities.
Identify opportunities to support customer needs and business growth.
