Responsibilities

- Manage client accounts by tracking orders, invoicing, and follow-ups.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and update sales reports and account documentation.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for clients.
