About The Position

A.P. Nonweiler Co., Inc. is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support the Residential Flooring side of the business. This onsite sales associate role will report to the Sales Manager – Resi Flooring and will assist with customer communication, account support, sales coordination, order follow-up, and internal collaboration. This position is designed as a developing sales role that supports the Account Manager and Sales Manager while building knowledge of APN’s products, customers, systems, and sales processes. The Junior Account Manager will help maintain strong customer relationships, support account activity, assist with quotes and follow-up, and contribute to customer satisfaction and account growth.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills

Strong customer service skills
Must be able to work onsite
Must be able to manage multiple priorities
Must be able to collaborate with internal teams
Must use Microsoft Office and related business systems
A willingness to learn APN’s products, customers, and sales processes is essential

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, business administration, or a related role preferred
Experience in manufacturing, coatings, flooring, construction products, or a business-to-business sales environment is a plus
