About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager with 1-2 years of professional experience who's ready to grow their career in a collaborative agency environment. In this role, you'll support client accounts, keep projects moving smoothly, and build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. You'll gain hands-on experience managing day-to-day account activities while developing the strategic thinking and business acumen needed for long-term success. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of full-time agency experience or comparable client-side marketing account management experience
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination abilities
  • The ability to build positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail
  • A natural curiosity and passion for learning
  • A foundational understanding of media, including digital and social channels
  • An interest in staying current with industry trends and marketing best practices
  • Dependable, collaborative, and eager to grow

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, and Account Supervisors with day-to-day client account activities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal agency partners
  • Help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate project workflows by trafficking work between clients and internal teams and communicating feedback clearly
  • Prepare project deliverables to ensure they're accurate, polished, and production-ready
  • Proofread materials for quality, accuracy, and completeness
  • Participate in client meetings, status calls, and presentations
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes, conference reports, and action items
  • Research client industries, competitors, and market trends to strengthen account knowledge
  • Support internal collaboration across Creative, Media, Production, and other agency teams
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach in daily decision making
