Requirements

  • A relevant higher education or at least 1 year of experience as a 3D artist
  • Basic understanding of the following processes: Low-poly and high-poly creation (Blender, Maya, ZBrush, 3dMAx)
  • Understanding of the PBR pipeline
  • UV mapping
  • Baking maps such as normal and AO
  • Texturing in Substance Painter
  • Experience working with artists, designers, and technical specialists
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Readiness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Proactive, independent, and curious
  • English at basic level, other languages will be a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity
  • Strong, high-quality portfolio
  • Advanced knowledge of ZBrush
  • Basic knowledge of level art and lighting
  • Experience in game development companies

Responsibilities

  • Creating photorealistic assets that meet the standards of modern AAA projects
  • Preparing assets for game engines and ensuring they run correctly in real time
  • Working closely with technical artists and game designers
  • Creating and configuring materials, tiles, and decals
  • Working with high-poly photogrammetric objects
  • Performance optimization and bug fixing
