About The Position
This program is designed to support students in the final six months of their RN education by providing a monthly stipend of up to $2,000. Upon graduation and obtaining licensure, participants will begin their career with MercyOne. The program requires a commitment of at least 18 months of post-licensure employment with MercyOne. MercyOne will also cover board and licensure fees.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited registered nursing program.
- Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
- Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
- Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.
Responsibilities
- Complete the final 6 months of RN education.
- Obtain RN licensure within 6 months of graduation.
- Work for MercyOne for at least 18 months post-licensure.
