About The Position
At UFC GYM, we are looking for an energetic, hospitality-minded, and sales-driven Juice Bar Attendant to fuel our community and deliver premium guest experiences. As a Juice Bar Attendant, you will be at the intersection of hospitality, nutrition, and retail sales. You will focus on changing lives through Service, Science, and Sales by preparing high-quality menu items, offering expert advice on lifestyle merchandise, and ensuring every member leaves re-energized.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience in the food and beverage, health club, or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Food Handlers card (must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire).
- Physical capability to stand for up to 7 hours a day and lift/carry 20–30 lbs.

- Availability to work a dynamic schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends as required by club operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, smoothies, and beverages accurately according to company health and safety standards.
- Keep the Grab N Go and self-serve stations fully stocked with utensils and products.
- Oversee inventory, keep retail displays immaculate, and advise clients on the utilization and care of apparel and gear to meet individual sales goals.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully compliant with local Health Department codes.
- Maintain rapid, accurate cash register operations and point-of-sale transactions.
- Warmly greet and assist customers, resolve complaints with extreme professionalism, and answer questions regarding food specifications and merchandise.
- Strict adherence to scheduled shift times, meal periods, and proper clock-in/clock-out protocols.
