The law clerk will provide critical legal support to Justice Christine Donohue of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, assisting in the efficient review and resolution of cases before the Court. Primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive legal research and preparing internal memoranda regarding the disposition of petitions for allowance of appeal. The clerk may also assist in drafting judicial opinions and perform additional legal tasks as needed. This position is ideally suited for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with one to three years of legal experience. Candidates must possess exceptional research and writing abilities, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail.
