About The Position

Constellation West is a 29-year WOSB and Prime Federal Contractor bidding on recompeting Joint Exercise, Training, Assessment and Related Support for USSTRATCOM/J7. Qualified incumbent personnel currently supporting this mission will be afforded Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for applicable positions, consistent with contract requirements and contingent upon continued eligibility, performance, and government approval. Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 7 years of experience demonstrating an understanding of CJCS 3500 series Joint Training directives or major command Joint Training Program/Lessons Learned Program Instructions

Responsibilities

• Author and update JTT training materials
• Design and maintain the MSEL
• Coordinate injects with exercise planners to align with objectives
• Manage MSEL delivery updates
• Maintain version control during exercises
