Graduate Scheme Over the next two years you will undertake various rotations across the business, learning from the most talented professionals in their field. For 2026, work placements will be focussed on revenue assurance, commercial, sales and business development. Are you? To be considered for this role you must be: A local resident, with the right to live and work in the Channel Islands without sponsorship (five years minimum residency in Jersey or the Bailiwick of Guernsey) A final year or recent graduate qualified or on track to achieve a 2:1 Hons degree in a discipline relevant to JT’s strategy Passionate about pursuing a career in revenue assurance, commercial, sales and business development Proactive with a self-starting, collaborative and can-do attitude An organised, creative, entrepreneurial can-do natural leader with a flair for business Genuinely interested in telecommunications and technology of the future If you can answer YES to all of these questions then our Graduate Scheme could be perfect for you.

Requirements
