About The Position

We are seeking a talented Jr. Video Editor to join our team and help us create engaging and informative video content for our online training courses. As a Jr. Video Editor, you will work closely with our instructional design team to edit and enhance existing video content, as well as create new videos from scratch. This is a full-time, remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong passion for video production, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an educational or corporate setting
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Strong understanding of video production techniques and best practices
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice To Haves

Passion for emergency response and healthcare education is a plus

Responsibilities

Edit and enhance existing video content for our online training courses
Create new videos from scratch, including filming, editing, and adding graphics and animations
Collaborate with our instructional design team to ensure videos meet the learning objectives and are engaging for our audience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production
Manage and organize video files and assets
Continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content
Meet project deadlines and communicate any potential delays or issues
